Returns Policy
Please check individual product pages for return and refund information. Please note not all products are eligible for a return. Items which are eligible for a return must be unused, unopened and still within the plastic cellophane. Any items in which have been tampered with or used will not be refunded.
Please email us to start your return. The customer will be liable for shipping costs to return an item. If for some reason you are not happy with our products, please do not hesitate to contact us so we can fix this in order to stop future clients being unhappy with our products and service. If an order arrives damaged or broken or an item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours. Anything out with this period cannot be accepted. please send us as any photos/videos of the order as possible so we can access what has happened while in transit. If and when we decide to replace, we will require the damaged/broken order to be returned to us and your own cost. Once received we will then process a replacement to you.
Please note you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order if an item is damaged, broken or missing after this time we are unable to sort a replacement and therefore cannot accept any claims of item being damaged broken or missing. By purchasing any of our products you (the buyer) accept our refund and return policy.

Q: I am missing items from my order, what should I do?
A: Any missing items from your order must be reported to our Customer Service Team within 48 hours of successful delivery. Please contact our team on help@tansprays.co.uk detailing our Order ID Number, images of your packing list and images of what was received. We shall review our CCTV cameras within our picking area to confirm the item was missing at time of dispatch.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We have a strict 14 days after sales period from the date you’ve received your purchased items. Our returns policy is subject to exceptions on certain products but not limited to Tanning Sprays, Bundles containing Tanning Sprays and Juicy Drops due to hygiene reasons even if unopened. If the products are eligible for return and refund or you would like to check this with our team please contact us on help@tansprays.co.uk with your Order ID Number. We unfortunately do not offer a free return service and this shipping cost is at the buyers expense. Once received at our office the product will be quality inspected, following this a refund minus shipping shall be processed back to the original payment method.
Q: Can I exchange an item?
A: At this time we currently do not offer exchanges throughout our product range.
Q: How do I return an Item?
A: Please contact our Customer Service Team on help@tansprays.co.uk to seek assistance on products eligible for return and refund. Please note exceptions apply as explained in our Return Policy.
Q: My orders shows delivered but I have not received this (Delivery Dispute)
A: If your orders shows delivered and you have not received this we need to raise a delivery dispute on your behalf, please contact our Customer Service Team on help@tansprays.co.uk with your Order ID Number. Our team will investigate this with DPD and this investigation can take 6 working days not including weekends and Bank Holidays to conclude. During this process we are unable to send a replacement order or issue a refund. Our team shall keep you updated via email of any progress.

Failed Delivery – instructions Required
If you find your order information/shipping address is incorrect please contact us at help@tansprays.co.uk with your Order ID Number and any missing information to allow us to update this before shipping dispatch. Once an order has been shipped we may be able to update this before delivery has been carried out, however this cannot be guaranteed.
