Shipping Information

​We currently use DPD as our shipping carrier for Next Day Shipping.

Shipping Services with DPD are available Monday – Sunday.​

Please note that delays can occur once your parcel is in Transit which is out with Tan Sprays control. You will be notified by Email/Text that your parcel has been dispatched and your tracking number to follow your parcels journey.  DPD will keep you updated with shipping alerts and a 1-hour time slot of when your parcel is expected for delivery.

As our services are tracked, we can see exactly the location of where your parcel was delivered, and a delivery image shall be provided as proof of delivery. Any parcels requested to be left in a safe place or with a neighbour are at the consignees’ request and Tan Sprays are not liable for any parcels which are missing or stolen. If you need assistance with the delivery of your parcel, please contact help@tansprays.co.uk and our customer service team can investigate this with DPDwithin 48 hours of your parcel showing as delivered. Any reports of mis-delivery or lost parcels cannot be accepted after 14 days from the date of delivery.​​

NEXT DAY SHIPPING (DPD)

This service is for next day shipping for orders placed before 2pm. We will always try to ensure your order gets to you on time, but we cannot guarantee any delays due to unforeseen circumstances once the item leaves our warehouse. Next Day Service excludes NI, ROI, Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey which are a 2 Day Service.

INTERNATIONAL & ROI SHIPPING (DPD)

We ship to many international countries however at the moment we can’t ship to all EU countries due to Brexit, Tan Sprays takes no responsibility for orders stopped in transit and no refunds or replacements will be sent. Customs fees may apply. It is the buyer’s responsibility to pay these within the given time frame in order to prevent their order being returned to us. Custom fees are calculated by your country, and we have no information on how much these may be.
